Access is the name of the game. 

Maybe you've made a show, or maybe you've heard of a great show you'd like to submit.  NCTV is the place to bring it.  We'll put it on the air and on the Internet for the world to see.  It's that simple.

Of course there is a form you'll have to fill out.  And we will ask you lots of questions, like:

Is the show a series?
Is it non-commercial?
Do you own the copywright or have permission to show it?

But don't fret.  We're here to help.

If you're starting from scratch, you'll need to set up a Project.  Download the Project Proposal Form and fill in the necessary information to tell us about your program(s).

Once you've submitted a Project Proposal, then you're ready to submit your program(s).  Download the Program Submission Agreement Form, fill it out and be sure to sign the Statement of Compliance on the back.  After that we'll get you on the air.  If your not familiar with public access television and you have questions, please refer to our Policy Manual for infomation on program content.  (The short story is that we'll show almost anything that is non-commercial, that isn't legally obcene and that you have the permission to show.)

You don't have to be a Member to submit programs.  But we shure would like you to be!  It helps support our operation, gives you all kinds of benefits and helps us stay in touch with you and connect you to other Members.

If you're from outside Nevada County and you'd like to submit a program, we encourage you to contact us to help you find a local submitter.  We also request a small gift of support ($20) to help us process your programs.
